Freezers:

• When moving within a metropolitan area, there is no need to empty your freezer.

• For interstate, international and long distance removals freezers should be emptied

• No responsibility is taken for items left in freezers or refrigerators

Refrigerators: 

• For ALL moves, remove everything from the refrigerator and ensure it has been defrosted.

• Remove and pack the shelves separately (we will do this if we are packing on your behalf).

• The electrical cord should be secured out of the way.
  

Wardrobes, Closets & Bedside Cabinets:

• All furniture with doors and drawers are to be empty. 

• Valuable and delicate items should be packed in our special cartons.
